Mr. Sherjas Sandhu (Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Science) -2008) is Managing Director. Build “Sandhu Enterprises” from the green field, initially started as a tier 2 vendor of M/s Ashok Leyland subsequently moved to tier-1. Had addition on a few more customers like Voltas, BCH, Delta, Schneider and Luminous

Well equipped with all Tech-facilities like Weld shop, Powder coating, Heavy duty Press Shop, Light duty Press Shop, Aluminium extruded Heat Sink Shop, Tool room with inhouse Die, fixture & gauges manufacturing for Sheet,/Aluminium/Copper capacities, CNC & 3-Axis Pipe bending machines, Flaring & Curling Machines, Conical & Straight Rolling machines, Laser cutting machines, Ultrasonic Cleaning machines, Wet and dry leakage testing machines, Quality Standard Room is equipped with all basic equipment required for first principle measurement etc.
ENGINEERING FACILITIES
Weld Shop
Our weld shop is equipped with 250-400 KW latest Panasonic inverter-controlled machines. Spot welding, TIG welding, Seam welding & CNC pipe bending facilities are also available.
Current capacity is 2500 meter in a shift of eight hours.
Press Shop (Light & Heavy duty Presses)
Our press shop is equipped with Mechanical & pneumatic presses in both ‘H’ & ‘C’ frames. The capacity includes 10 Ton to 800 ton of power presses. In press shop we are manufacturing parts in thickness of 0.4 to 10.0 mm
Our press shop is also equipped with CNC press brake & CNC shearing m/c.
Current capacity is 2.5lacs/day stroke in shift of of eight hours.
Powder Coating Shop
Our powder coating facility is equipped with fully automatic pretreatment plant & powder coating plant.
The pretreatment is based on eleven tank process which includes Knock out degreasing, Degreasing, De-rusting, Passivation, Hot zinc phosphating and Surface activation. Facility is also equipped with DM water generator, Hot water generator & Sludge remover.
Right now we are doing five shades of powder coating PP Black, Raven black structure, White, Cool Grey & Light Green.
The plant capacity is 1200 m2 of area in eight hours of shift.
Heat Sink
Our Heat sink production line is equipped with latest KTK (Taiwan made) SPMs for drilling & tapping of holes from M3 to M6. While customized SPMs for buffing, cutting & Ultrasonic cleaning machines are also available to achieve required quality norms.
One Vertical milling center is also installed for production of bigger heat sinks.
Tool Room
Our tool room is equipped with DRO milling, Surface grinders & Radial drills. While we have collaboration with two tool manufacturers for Wire cutting & VMC machining. We manufacture up to 200 tonnage press capacity tools in our tool room.

Quality Standard Room
Our Quality Standard Room is equipped with all basic equipment required for first principle measurement. Part wise receiving gauges, panel checkers & profile checkers are also available to inspect the parts from its geographical aspects.
